Oh, the Holidays are in full swing! We all know that means food, cocktails, cookies, and more; leading to indigestion, upset stomach, and overall not feeling well.
You’ve already indulged and you still have a long to-do list that includes more cookie exchanges, family dinners, and cocktails with co-workers. Listen, we’re not going to tell you not to partake in all of the holiday festivities, but we can offer some advice on how to get through it without feeling like you don’t want to crawl out of bed.
Like most things in life, eating is about compromise. By all means, eat the foods you love but may not necessarily love you back. However, make sure to incorporate some anti-inflammatory foods along with those other foods, to bring down the inflammation that will take root in the body.
