Fusionary Formulas Impact Report 2022
Since the start of Fusionary Formulas, we have been dedicated to producing life-enhancing supplements for your health and well-being. With the most potent formula on the market, we manufacture in the United States to ensure transparency and high ethical standards.
During our seven years of being a company, we have impacted over ten thousand different lives. In addition, many of our orthopedic offices have stated that when using Fusionary Formulas products, they have cut the use of opioids in half.
In addition, Fusionary Formulas’ founder Dr. Shivani Gupta frequently teaches preventive health in her community. She teaches and hosts lectures on how to live an Ayurvedic lifestyle as well as how to naturally heal your body. With her focus on prevention, she has been able to educate many.
Microloans for Women
In our continuous effort to empower the community, Fusionary has a long-term objective to give back to women.
Our founder Dr. Shivani Gupta began with the purpose to provide aid to women in India. She began research on ways to offer them microloans through the means of charitable organizations.
The primary goal of these microloans was to secure these women's own economic freedom as well as have the ability to take care of themselves and their children. When giving loans to women, communities grow healthily and sustainably.
To start, we researched to discover organizations that do this. Once we found a plethora of charities we narrowed the search down by looking at their message and checking their ranking on Charity Navigator. In doing this we decided to donate to a non-profit called Global Giving in India.
Global Giving
Within Global Giving, they have smaller projects worldwide to have an impact. This specific project is focused on giving micro-loans to women. Their goal is to raise 100K and currently they have raised around 30K with 206 donors. The Problem they found is that 87% of households do not have access to credit with 380 million people in need of microfinancing services. These microloans allow women to start a business and help them to gain economic security. Global Giving's solution is to give $159 to women in need of a microloan. Long-term, women benefit from economic development and sustainability, a network of support, and financial independence. After looking at Charity Navigator, we found that they have 100% transparency of funds and 97.5% of the funds go toward their cause. In addition, they overall scored 98.23/100 as a charity themselves. Looking at all of this, Global Giving aligns with our goal of donating funds to a charity.
Local Giving
Every quarter, Fusionary Formulas assists a local non-profit organization with help and funding. As of today, Fusionary Formulas has already donated to two different nonprofit organizations: Kindness matters and Pipers Angel Foundation.
Kindness Matters
Kindness matters is a non-profit that provides innovative programs for young teens, in order to teach them about social/emotional learning and self-care. The program also offers services to improve emotional intelligence and the spread of kindness throughout communities. Kindness Matters has been supported by 250 charities, has 12.5k participants, and has donated 4 million dollars in disaster relief.
In total, the organization has donated more than 83.7 thousand hours to the community.
Pipers Angel Foundation.
Piper’s Angel Foundation is a non-profit with the objective to support and improve the lives of families in the cystic fibrosis community. This foundation annually hosts an event called The Crossing, a long-distance paddle challenge that takes paddlers 80 mi from the Gulf Stream to Bimini and back to Florida. In this challenge, we supported Romi Wallach in her quest to complete the challenge.
Recycling as part of our 2023 Business Plan
In addition to giving to charitable organizations, Fusionary Formulas will also be partaking in a way to do our part in reducing waste. In January we will be starting our very first recycling initiative that will reduce waste by taking back old used bottles and recycling them for future use.
In addition to recycling, we also repurpose our bottles by using empty bottles for display in doctor offices, for our display, and on many other occasions. This recycling initiative will be semiannual and will occur once in July and once in January. If customers give back 3 or more bottles then they will get a 15% discount on their next purchase. We hope to do our part and help the environment as much as possible.
Fusionary Formulas is making a conscious effort to reduce plastic waste. One way they plan on doing this is by changing the mailers from not recyclable to 100% recyclable.
